Since late 2008 he and his team have uplifted our culinary program and have incorporated a very strong bond with the Upper Valley's many fine farms and purveyors. Chef Dow simply knows how to create balanced menus with pleasing taste satisfaction and firmly believes that by adopting a locavore mindset our customers will enjoy the many benefits and results.
