Depuis son ouverture en 2005, le Tre Famiglia a acquis une clientèle locale et provenant de la banlieue de Philadelphie. Élu meilleur restaurant italien du sud du New Jersey pour la 10e année consécutive par le Post Courier, il a apporté le style de cuisine italienne maison qui a fait le succès de son établissement du sud de Philadelphie, le Chip's Restaurant, créé en 1903. Depuis le premier jour, les convives chantent les louanges de chacun de ses plats. Robert Cipollone (chef cuisinier) continue à préserver les traditions et recettes familiales. Il a cependant ajouté de nombreux hors d’œuvres, pâtes et desserts primés au menu. Des fêtes privées de 10 à 75 personnes peuvent être organisées et un service de traiteur pour 200 personnes est assuré. Le Tre Famiglia laisse toujours une impression durable à tous ses convives.

Since the restaurant is a BYOB, the owners wanted to provide customers with a place to store their favorite wines so they are readily available each time they visit. Anthony’s also offers the use of any of their dinning rooms for private events.

So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.
