There is a long list of custom craft cocktails that showcase the creativity of Burro's bartenders.Burro's menu revolves around the humble taco. The best thing about this dish is that it's so adaptable. Some of the tacos guess will find here include a classic fish, spicy Brussels sprout, charred broccoli & Summer corn, achiote chicken, jerk pork and spicy beef cheek. The other side of the menu is a section simply labeled "not tacos" that has entrées like whitefish ceviche and ahi tuna tostadas.
