Le restaurant Elephant Walk sert une cuisine cambodgienne et française primée avec une vaste sélection de plats végétariens et sans gluten. La cuisine cambodgienne est superbe et délicieuse, mais encore méconnue aux États-Unis. Moins piquante et sucrée que la thaïlandaise, plus riche et complexe que la vietnamienne, les pâtes d'épices délicates qui sont à la base de nombreux plats cambodgiens reflètent l'ascendance indienne du Cambodge (mais utilisent des épices fraîches plutôt que des épices séchées).
