So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. Cielito Lindo is an extension of La Cita Mexican Restaurant in Cherry Hill. Owners, Olivia, Regulo Reyes and Alma, are originally from Puebla, Mexico and have been residing in South Jersey for over 20 years. Regulo served as an executive chef at Caffe Aldo Lamberti and Positano Coast by Lamberti for over 15 years before pursuing an independent restaurant venture.
