Full event details are on our profile, with each event offering a unique experience.Tim Zekki, born in Cyprus and based in the UK for 35 years, is passionate about local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients, often foraging in Somerset woodlands and along the coast.His menus reflect his global travels and love for food. ‘My passion,’ he says, ‘is to combine simple ingredients – with some elaborate sauces – aiming to delight the palate.’ In addition to à la carte sharing dishes, he offers a fixed-price multi-course menu once a month.Local produce includes lamb and beef from Wonky Horn near Wiveliscombe, sourced from Thorne’s Butchers, with vegetables and salad from Wagtail Farm and Ray’s Veg at Halse.
