At Di Paolo’s our journey began with our beloved grandparents, Maria & Albert Di Paolo, who humbly opened a family pizzeria and small grocery store known as Italian Kitchen. As the aroma of freshly baked pizzas and the taste of homemade sauce filled the air, they, along with our father, Michael Di Paolo, expanded, adding more seating to accommodate our growing clientele. Before long, the bustling atmosphere and the buzz of the satisfied customers prompted them to evolve into a full-fledged restaurant where families and friends could gather to enjoy well portioned Abruzzese meals and lively conversation, while being entertained with live music throughout the restaurant. Coco's Cocina Tex Mex Restaurant is a BYOB Texan/Mexican inspired unique dining experience in Pitman, New Jersey. We are family owned and operated by executive chef Anthony Asbury. We are a free-flowing scratch kitchen plus veggie, vegan, and gluten-free friendly. We highly recommend the Surfer Tacos topped with sautéed shrimp, coleslaw, pico de gallo, jack cheese, lime wedge, drizzled w/ chipotle creme.
