Paloma opened in 2022 in The Van Aken District by Carl Quagliata and Zach Ladner’s Q&L Hospitality.Paloma has been led by two remarkable young women who have been part of the Q & L Hospitality family for more than a decade. Alyssa Ladner serves as the General Manager, overseeing the front of house and the beverage program. She collaborates closely with Chef de Cuisine Ky’tana Bradley, who manages the kitchen.Originally launched as a casual taco concept in 2022, Paloma has transformed over the past two years into something much more sophisticated. While tacos remain available at the bar, our dinner menu now showcases a selection of artfully crafted appetizers, main courses, and desserts, with steaks being a highlight. Our inspiration comes from the diverse flavors, ingredients, and techniques of Latin America.The goal at Paloma is simple: give people the best food and the best service that we can in a space that can only be described as transformative.
