Situé dans le bâtiment historique du Victoria Hotel, sur la place Saint-George, dans le centre-ville de Guelph, le restaurant propose un environnement chaleureux et décontracté avec des murs en pierres apparentes et une décoration contemporaine. Le four à bois, fabriqué à Reggello, en Toscane, est « il cuore » (le coeur) du Buon Gusto. Le restaurant importe de la farine molino caputo tipo 00 et des tomates San Marzano d'Italie, pour fabriquer des pizzas dans le style traditionnel napolitain avec une croûte fine, en les cuisant à 900 degrés Fahrenheit pendant 90 secondes. Dans le menu, vous pourrez choisir parmi des pâtes faites à base de recettes familiales et de petites assiettes d'antipasti, idéal à partager en famille et entre amis.

We go out once a month for lunch with friends and the Crowsfoot is often our choice for dining. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. We've never been disappointed. The schnitzel is good. They had a new menu today with lots of choices for us to try in the future.
