We currently don't take online reservations, please call (262)275-9000 for availability. The Abbey Resort's very own Waterfront restaurant is known for its casual, laid-back vibe. It's the perfect place to unwind, either on the patio or indoors, and serves lunch, dinner, and drinks.We use the techniques of award-winning Pit Master Matt Whiteford to create specialties like Smoked BBQ Quesadillas and the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. Our menu doesn’t end there, try something new and unique with our Chimichurri Sirloin or Salmon Waldorf Salad. The Friday Fish Fry is a fun and delicious Wisconsin tradition, especially when there's live entertainment. We also offer a full children's menu and take-out. And did we mention drinks? Pair any item from our enticing menu with a craft beer or one of our signature cocktails, and you're in for a one-of-a-kind experience.

    Such a wonderful experience at 1878 on the Lake. And how convenient it was to walk to our restaurant without having to go outside. The menu variety was very good, and the food was delicious. We started out with calamari as an app, and it was huge and perfectly done. I had the pan-fried walleye with asparagus risotto. Again, a large portion and expertly cooked. My sisters had the queen cut prime rib. For one it was perfect; the other sister wanted hers cooked more well-done which the server did in a short amount of time with not any bother. We had a beautiful view of the lake, too. And did I mention the well-priced expertly crafted cocktails? Excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant and the Lake Lawn Lodge Resort!

    I had the barrel aged old fashioned that they pour straight out of a barrel with the braised beef short rib for my entree. The drink was top class! The meal was tender and flavorful. It was a quiet night in the restaurant but our server was very personable and hospitable. Great experience and will be back!

    Great view being seated along the windows overlooking the pergola and lounge area. Marina was absolutely perfect with the service, helpfulness and friendliness! The food was perfectly portioned, plated well and served in a very timely manner. The cocktails were perfectly balanced between taste and potency. Overall an absolutely terrific dining experience worth another visit!
