The bistro is dog friendly.The kitchen team take their inspiration from the generous local larder and source ingredients from passionate producers based nearby, from which they buy fantastic ingredients such as local cheeses, wholesome fresh breads and quality meats from the Cotswolds region.The Bistro has an informal atmosphere and is open seven days a week serving a range of sharing plates as well as ever-changing specials. The Hollybush, is situated just off the A435, Junction 3, M42, down a quiet and peaceful Gorcott Hill. We are a family friendly Pub that also offers dining, sourcing local fresh produce wherever we can.
