The Linde Bar Restaurant has had a long history in Hamburg. Originally opened as a small rural inn, it has grown into a successful restaurant serving the best in Mediterranean cuisine with a fully stocked and creative bar menu. While Linde is heavily inspired by the food of the Mediterranean, it also takes cues from international cuisine. Diners will find dishes like schnitzel, saltimbocca and penne curry available to choose from. Das Brüdigams existiert seit 2011 im Herzen von Eimsbüttel und wird seit September 2020 von Küchenchef Marco Krüger und Mitinhaberin Laura Gsellmann geführt. Hier trifft gehobene Bistroküche auf gemütliches, persönliches Ambiente. Möglichst regionale, saisonale Produkte werden schnörkellos, aber mit anspruchsvollem Küchenstandard serviert.
