The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. Food menus is $300++ per guest. Reservations are available for table service and also available for the bar. Dress code strictly enforced as smart-casual. We are unable to accommodate tasting menus for guests following a vegetarian or vegan diet. A cancellation fee of $50 per person will incur if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation. On holidays and special occasions, cancellations fees will be $100 per person.
