Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. Food menus is $300++ per guest. Reservations are available for table service and also available for the bar. Dress code strictly enforced as smart-casual. We are unable to accommodate tasting menus for guests following a vegetarian or vegan diet. A cancellation fee of $50 per person will incur if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation. On holidays and special occasions, cancellations fees will be $100 per person.
