Uva Rossa means 'red grape' in Italian. This wine bar specializes in wine and small, shareable plates with a varied selection of cheeses, bruschettas and pizza. In addition to full portion dining and our daily blackboard specials. Italian born chef/owner Antonio Bove creates outstanding Northern and Southern Italian dishes with a twist! Featuring recipes from his childhood. Amongst the restaurant's favorites are his meatballs topped with a tasty parmigiano sauce and of course his infamous eggplants balls, which are delicious and perfect for vegetarians. There is an extensive wine list and we are now proudly featuring the first wine on tap in Long Island. Le Frank's Steaks est un steakhouse établi depuis 1988. Le restaurant a beaucoup de clients très fidèles et le Zagat le considère dans son classement depuis 20 ans. Voici ce que ce dernier en dit : « Le meilleur steak de hampe au monde. - Le filet mignon fond comme du beurre. - Tout simplement bœuf. » Le Frank's Steaks est un établissement décontracté qui a la réputation de servir les aliments de la meilleure qualité disponible sur les marchés. Les prix peuvent sembler élevés à première vue, mais par rapport à ses concurrents, ce restaurant offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Les viandes vieillies de première qualité sont aussi délectables que dans tout autre steakhouse du pays. Le restaurant propose beaucoup de plats de spécialité comme le steak de 454 grammes (16 onces), le steak de hampe mariné servi avec oignons sautés caramélisés, le faux-filet Cowboy avec os de 737 grammes (26 onces) à l'ail (un des favoris de la clientèle) et le Porterhouse de 1219 grammes (43 onces) pour deux... tout simplement savoureux et magnifique! Le Frank's Steaks, c'est aussi bien plus que des steaks! Son menu varié propose des plats qui plairont à tous : un vaste choix de salades, des fruits de mer, du poulet et des côtelettes.

Uncle Bacala’s specializes in Italian-style seafood and other inventive dishes in its warm and cozy New Hyde Park eatery.
