Situé en face d'une rivière, le restaurant et bar à aliments crus River House est une destination de choix à Louisville. Il est géré par le chef et restaurateur primé John Varanese et peut accueillir 330 convives dans sa salle à manger principale et son bar à aliments crus, ainsi que sur sa terrasse. Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison après avoir franchi la terrasse couverte du jardin. Vous traverserez un mur d'eau de 6 mètres de haut et de 12 mètres de large avant de découvrir la décoration intimiste et la baie vitrée qui donne sur la cour arrière et la rivière. Le River House est ouvert 7 jours par semaine pour le dîner et le souper. Le menu se compose d'une cuisine régionale avec une touche du Sud et une préférence pour les fruits de mer frais. Vous pourrez notamment y déguster des huîtres grillées en demi-coquille, des côtes de bœuf braisées au barbecue et du saumon fumé aux copeaux de baril de bourbon Maker’s Mark. Le bar à aliments crus de 4,5 mètres de long propose des huîtres crues, du crabe royal et des crevettes géantes. Il est conseillé de réserver. Le River House est impatient de vous accueillir !
