For example, we use traditional European ingredients such as croissants to create sushi and pasta to create Japanese dishes. We use the fresh Japanese wagyu beef for our starters and sushi, and we also use the Japanese techniques of curing local fish of Europe - using kombu seaweed - to bring out the best of the ingredients. Omakase course is £150 pp (£195 with wine & sake pairing)All the guests (10-12 covers) will be seated on the same time on 1 long table. You’ll find Plate at No. 6 down a cobbled lane in the heart of Windsor, nestled amongst the pubs and boutiques of the old town. We are a tapas restaurant, drawing upon the culinary riches of the Mediterranean Basin; our plates reflect the diversity of cuisines found in Spain, Turkey, France, Morocco, Italy, Greece and Lebanon. All our dishes are created by our head chef Olindo who draws on these inspirations his signature dishes including a seafood gnocchi.The open kitchen and lime wash walls define the chic, intimate dining space of Plate at No.6.
