Dante and his team are the new-kids on Moody Street, Waltham but old pros in the Boston area. Dante has been cooking in his home town of Abruzzo since 1979. His passion for cooking grew as explored the all the flavors and recipes of the Adriatic Sea which surrounded him. We are excited to bring our skills to Waltham where we welcome old friends and invite new ones to Vinotta Restaurant.Vinotta Restaurant serves simple food made with fresh, wholesome, organic ingredients using locally sourced vendors.
