Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list. Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

Cuisine moderne, inspirée du Sud Mis à part le cocktail classique, le highball est également le signal qui indique au conducteur de train qu'il peut partir à pleine vitesse. Le Ciao Italia Ristorante a été fondé en 1991, à Orlando, en Floride, par Antonio et Josie Navarra. Tous deux sont originaires d'Italie, Antonio de Salerne et Josie de Palerme. Aujourd'hui, l'entreprise familiale Navarra ne compte pas seulement Antonio et Josie, mais également leurs trois enfants : Carmen, Vincenzo et Vanessa.
