Le Chef de cuisine Marcellin Marc propose une sublime cuisine d'inspiration provençale avec un panache contemporain. Marcellin est déterminé à utiliser des ingrédients locaux et saisonniers pour créer des menus parfaitement équilibrés qui se sont mérités trois rosettes - AA depuis 2008. La vaste cave du Clos Maggiore compte plus de 2000 crus et a été bonifiée plus tôt cette année pour inclure 400 vins supplémentaires à des prix allant d'accessible - à moyen de gamme. Très bon restaurant dommage que certaine table sont à l’entrée et donc à l’écart de la salle .. cela coupe de l’ambiance du restaurant. Le personnel ne parle pas assez fort cela peu être gênant.
