The hotels 140 seat signature restaurant, The Beachside, focuses on delicious, locally sourced ingredients. The Beachside Restaurant enjoys a relaxed ambiance where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner complemented by beautiful decor and impeccable service. All guests are required to wear appropriate smart/casual dress (beachwear not permitted) at all times when using the bar and restaurant.In the interest of all our customers, we welcome only those guests aged eleven and above in our Beachside Bar after 8pm. The Victorian dining room is full of grandeur and our restaurant team always go that little bit further to make serving a meal a magical experience. The views in the restaurant are spectacular, with sweeping vistas across the Fylde coast and the occasional heritage tram tootling by. Diners can soak in the scenery while enjoying fine dining from the table d’hôte menu that changes quarterly, according to the seasons. We also have a range of daily specials, with our chefs using locally sourced produce whenever possible to ensure that only the best and freshest ingredients are used. Service was amazing, the waiter and waitress were lively and told us about the specials ! Very quiet on a Wednesday but can’t be gracious enough was lively 10/10 . The basket in the women’s toilet was a lovely touch catering for everyone !

Food was amazing, restaurant itself was lovely. We did ask to move tables as a family had younger children that were a little ‘over excited’. This was no problem at all and the service was great from all staff.

Such excellent value for money for afternoon tea with cup of delicious creamy soup and slice of meaty sausage roll plus 4 crustless sandwiches and a sweet scone and a savoury scone and 4 sweet goodies…all for £20.50.
