Le STK - Los Angeles allie avec talent deux concepts, à savoir un steakhouse moderne et un lounge chic. Le Farmshop, ouvert en 2010, est un restaurant, boulangerie et marché artisanal situé dans le centre commercial historique Brentwood Country Mart datant de 1948, sur 26th Street à Santa Monica. La cuisine de Jeff Cerciello met l'accent sur des ingrédients locaux de saison. Irene Verbila du Los Angeles Times a écrit : « les dimanches soirs au Farmshop sont consacrés au poulet frit...
