A husband and wife team, Marc Taxiera and Brianne Myers combine their talents and love for the restaurant business. Marc in the kitchen and Brianne in the front of house, they have spent decades refining their craft at some of the most iconic restaurants in the city; now bringing their passion to Westchester. Chef Marcs’ resume includes Executive Chef of the acclaimed Russian Tea room and the ultra-seasonal Beppe restaurant.Brianne has been the General Manager of iconic places like Eataly, BLT Steak, and the renowned Loring Place - to name a few.Augustine’s will be Chef Marc’s shining example of his ability to source local and seasonal ingredients. Finding his passion while in culinary school, his vision for his own restaurant continued to grow throughout his career. His philosophy is simple; take the best raw ingredients you can source and showcase them with minimal processing.
Valdari is the newest restaurant from Chef and owner David Arias, debuting November 2022 in Bayside Queens just half block away from Bell Blvd. The food at Valdari has dishes using the best imported ingredients including a focus on local farm ingredients.Valdari wine list has the best selections of some of the most iconic and up and coming Italian and American wine producers. FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building. Cellars running under all three structures hold kitchens, wine cellars & services for the dining areas.Due to the integrity of the menu, dietary preferences/aversions will not be accommodated.
