This meant we didn’t have to queue as we’ve seen happen previously. Although the afternoon tea tiers don’t look much, we found it filling so much so we had take away the sweet treats to consume later. Excellent service and there was no sense of eat up and leave. We chose from the lunchtime special menu which had lots of variety to choose from and is exceptionally good value. Each dish was beautifully cooked and presented (loved the added sparkler in my dessert because it was my birthday). Service was excellent, attentive but not over the top and not rushed. Ambiance for a lunchtime just after New Year was great, plenty people in which tells you what a gem it is. Thank you for making my birthday so enjoyable.
