The name “Ichoume” comes from the address of this street. Ichoume is located on ‘1’ Harbour Street, Darling Quarter. That’s why we named the restaurant “Ichoume” (Choume is used for addresses in Japan.     I recently dined in Elements Bar & Grill Pyrmont and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy feel that made for a perfect dining atmosphere. The service was another highlight; the staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring we had a great time throughout the evening.

    Everything was great! The staff are nice and welcoming, the food was delicious and the staff brought each dish out with great timing. It was Friday night, they had live jazz music and it set the mood nicely!

    Seriously good cocktails and an ambience that can’t be found anywhere else. The chocolate old fashioned and espresso martini are unequivocally perfect. Loved it.
