L'ambiance de Socarrat Nolita dénote un sentiment de chaleur, de confort et d'hospitalité. Imitant l'identité de son restaurant soeur comme un petit espace intime composé principalement d'une grande table commune, le restaurant propose également un service de banquets, un bar et des places aux tables. The name Azabu comes from a district in Tokyo, Japan, which began as a hub for merchants and local businesses. Plan Do See opened one of its first restaurants in the area, The Tokyo Restaurant, inside an historic building that used to be a bank.
