Bistro at B63 offers guests a unique dining experience. Our training restaurant helps to develop the future stars of the catering and hospitality industries, working alongside Bistro Lead Simon Roberts and Head Chef Joe Parsons and their team to create a range of beautiful and creative dishes. Bistro at B63 is open for gourmet and themed dining on Wednesday and Thursday evenings (term time only).We offer a wide range of themed events throughout the year from Gin Tasting evenings to Murder Mystery Nights. The Bistro has a modern and cosy atmosphere and has been described as a 'hidden gem' by other diners.

Located on the ground floor directly off main reception Faradays offers a lunch menu from midday, and ala carte dinner menu alongside a selection of daily specials served each evening from 5.30pm to 9.15pm, which enables our of brigade of Chefs the opportunity to showcase their talents. The bar opens at midday and serves until 11pm after which time guests will be required to show proof of residency to obtain service. Bar closing time is at the discretion of the hotel management team each night.
