Itihaas restaurant in Birmingham is one stunning eaterie. This beautiful restaurant —the name means ‘history’ -- is the £2 million brainchild of businessman Raj Rana and it’s been raking in awards since it opened its doors. The Four Seasons, which was the first restaurant in Staffordshire to attain 3 rosettes in 2015, champions first class produce from specialist suppliers backed by sustainable and humane farming methods. Great use is made of the abundance of vegetables, fruits and herbs grown in our own Victorian walled garden and estate-reared venison and rare-breed lamb features on the menu from time to time.
