Classic Irish cuisine from chef Sean Smith in the Kildare countryside.Sean’s mouth-watering new menu is as always sourced locally with some ingredients even grown on the very grounds of the Cliff at Lyons Estate.     The food was absolutely to die for and the whole experience was lovely! I got the ham hock to start (it was so beautiful and rich) my partner got the chicken terrine (I had to try a little bit and safe to say it was delicious) we both had the duck leg for main. It was delicious, super flavorful and the mash at the bottom soaked up all the jus from the duck, absolutely Devine. We shared a sticky toffee for dessert, and it was super tasty but for me the best but was the candied almonds that came with the ice cream at the bottom. Over all super lovely experience and I can't wait to come back again.

    We had a beautiful family event at the Clubhouse. The staff were exceptional. Food was great. A very enjoyable evening.
