Depuis son ouverture en 2005, le Tre Famiglia a acquis une clientèle locale et provenant de la banlieue de Philadelphie. Élu meilleur restaurant italien du sud du New Jersey pour la 10e année consécutive par le Post Courier, il a apporté le style de cuisine italienne maison qui a fait le succès de son établissement du sud de Philadelphie, le Chip's Restaurant, créé en 1903. Depuis le premier jour, les convives chantent les louanges de chacun de ses plats. Robert Cipollone (chef cuisinier) continue à préserver les traditions et recettes familiales.
