Étant auparavant la maison de la soprano Dame Nellie Melba, le restaurant The Melba Estate, située dans la vallée de Coombe, est une propriété exceptionnelle. Une sélection inspirante de produits de saison et principalement cultivés sur le terrain de la propriété est offerte au déjeuner, au dîner et pour le thé l'après-midi, 7 jours sur 7.     This was a lovely experience from the pretty setting to the excellent wait staff and the delicious food. We were pleasantly surprised that it was relatively quiet, and we could enjoy our Christmas catch up with no difficulty hearing each other. I would thoroughly recommend this venue for a special occasion lunch.

    Looked up best places to eat in Healesville as we had never visited before. Let me say we were not disappointed. The service was outstanding, food delicious and venue beautifully cooled on a very warm summers day. What a gem of a spot. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience. 10/10 from all of us. Thankyou Herd.

    The whole experience was memorable. The service was excellent and the food was unusual and well presented. Sitting under an umbrella out on the terrace looking out over the roses to acres of grapevines and the distant Yarra Ranges made me feel as if I was in Italy. Almost perfect!
