We have closed for the year and will reopen 25 February 2025 with our new students. Book from 12 February. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase for the whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. We had a lovely experience at Longshore for my husband's birthday. The service was exceptional as all staff went above and beyond. Braith's knowledge of wines was a highlight. We will be back.

We had another fantastic evening at The Apprentice. Just wonderful! There was a slight timing delay between entree and main, but the kitchen recovered quickly, and the teamwork was a credit to the students. Well done!
