Our sourdough pizzas uphold the tradition of Neapolitan Pizza. Our bases are naturally leavened using Caputo flour, imported from Italy, and allowed to prove for 24-48 hours. We use D.O.P. San Marzano tomato for all red pizza bases. Our Fior Di Latte (fresh cows milk mozzarella), Buffalo mozzarella, Ricotta and Burrata cheeses are sourced from premium local manufacturers. Our selection of Salumi (cured meats) are from local producers unless otherwise specified. We hand-make our own pork sausages, preserved tomatoes and pickled vegetables.

The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. We exclusively use Ebony Black Angus across our menu which is produced from carefully selected prime quality Black Angus cattle. Belrose Hotel on a Friday evening is quite noisy with many families and kids running around. This did not worry my wife and I all that much but I can certainly see that it would really annoy some customers. I wouldn't be going there for a quiet, intimate date but it was nice. The food was excellent and quick, the cocktails were also well structured and the staff were so attentive, no sooner was a plate finished it disappeared from the table.

We had our seating available on our desired time with our menus ready to browse what we would like to order .After placing our orders at the counter it was very prompt getting our starters & mains arrived just as we would have liked making timing perfect.

The pizza and meatballs were lovely as usual but must congratulate the waitress for her exceptional service last Saturday night. We were up front and she went about her duties efficiently and with a smile on her face. Very busy with people just turning up and having that to deal with as well. She is definitely a keeper.
