Le décor de la salle à manger est simple. Un mur de verre, orné de figuiers en pots, fait face à la célèbre Melrose Avenue. Les murs aux couleurs douces, les nappes en lin blanc amidonnées, le porte-sachets de sucre et les supports pour bougies en argent, ainsi que les sombres peintures à l'huile tamisées créent le charme de cet endroit. Et puis, il y a la nourriture. Ciro, Mario et Sal ont été les premiers des quelques rares chefs à visiter quotidiennement les marchés tôt le matin afin de sélectionner personnellement les ingrédients qui composeront le menu et chercher les produits les plus intéressants et les plus purs qui soient afin de vous les faire découvrir dans leurs plats originaux.
