With quality stonework and attractive sloping edges Lock 10 is one of 46 along the Royal Canal and continues to be a testament to the skill of the craftsmen involved. Our bar is adjacent to the Lock Keepers House, a post that became obsolete in 1961 when the canal was closed to traffic the previous year. Newly opened but all good! Lovely staff, great cutlery for steak, nice work nice glasses and good napkins! One steak meal, one chicken piri piri. Overall, really happy with the food, service and atmosphere. Staff may have been a little nervous but their hearts were in the right place and really wanted to help. So happy that this is a nice place to eat in the village, and wish them the best of luck. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful family event at the Clubhouse. The staff were exceptional. Food was great. A very enjoyable evening.
