Damsel Cellars is a boutique winery in Woodinville, Washington, owned and operated by winemaker, Mari Womack with the support of her family and friends. She spent several years in the restaurant business and transitioned to working in the Washington wine industry at wineries Obelisco, Baer and as the assistant winemaker at Darby Winery. Our Damsel is cleverly blending sophistication with a playfulness and joy that comes from doing what she loves. In operation since 2012, Damsel Cellars is quickly amassing a loyal following and becoming a winery to watch. Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas. Returning to Seattle, he bought an offset smoker, imported some post oak, mesquite and hickory, and started the Seattle Brisket Experience.After more than a year of practicing the art of barbecue, and serving old-school, succulent smoked meats to thousands of Northwest BBQ fans at ‘BBQ Raves’, Jack opened his first restaurant in the South of Downtown (SoDo) area of Seattle – Jack’s BBQ in 2014.At our newest location on the border of Bellevue and Redmond, we serve authentic Central Texas Barbecue with Brisket, Ribs, Sausage and Chicken. Great craft cocktails including our famous Smoked Orange Old Fashioned. Incredibly good desserts like Peach Cobbler and Pecan Pie. Super delicious Breakfast Tacos. And as always, good times!
