Following the success of his first restaurant in Vauxhall, chef and founder Ajay Chaurasia has opened a second site in Wimbledon, bringing his own personal take on Indian cuisine to South-west London. On offer is a range of lesser-known regional dishes along with plenty of tried-and-tested favourites so there’s something for everyone at this bright and cheerful restaurant. Chaurasia’s aim is to bring together flavours from all over the Indian continent, Sharing appetizers includes the likes of king prawns (Tiltala Jhinga) and sticky tamarind wings with avocado chat - a contemporary spin on the classic street food snack. Absolutely fantastic food, we had the chicken insal, beef pancit, whitebait, aubergine and got a complimentary salad for the delay in food. The highlights were the salad, chicken and the aubergine, so much flavour to them. As they were out of the BBQ skewers we will definitely be coming back to try these as well as for boodle fight The food was incredible and fantastic value so much so that it has been my favourite meal of food in the last few years.

Service and food was excellent. The lamb shish, adana kebap, and chicken shish were tender and flavorful. I recommend this place for special occasions, date nights or just lunch with friends.

Fantastic festive menu - the cod dish was sublime! Although, there was not a bad dish in the entire meal. Portion size spot on and definitely worth going for the wine pairing. As ever service was impeccable and with a smile. Looking forward to the new year menu

The restaurant now has a lovely cosy feel. Great food and service, big portions so good value, last time I had the pork belly bites for starter and they were delicious, my partner said he could just eat a whole bowl of them. This time I had the fish and chips and enjoyed it. Service all round was excellent, friendly and helpful, need to try the sunday roast next. Will definitely return and would absolutely recommend
