Das "SWAN&SON" ist seit dem 01. Oktober 2024, das neue Restaurant des Berliner Spitzenkochs Björn Swanson in der Charlottenburger Giesebrechtstraße3. Björn Swanson der auch das Restaurant FAELT (1 Michelin Stern) betreibt hat sich mit dem SWAN&SON seinen Traum vom Szenerestaurant erfüllt. Hier ist es kommunikativ, quirlig und doch gleichzeitig charmant und herzlich.Die Küche wird vom gebürtigen Charlottenburger Norman Faust geführt, der nach seiner Lehre im Hamburger Spitzenhotel Louis C.
