The seasons dictate our menu, with passion, flavour and creativity at the heart of the operation. This passion flows through our love of organic, and low intervention wines from small producers, carefully selected and paired with our food. Our very own indoor vertical farm is our most recent dedication to sustainable practices, allowing us to grow our own bespoke exotic herbs and aromatics for our hyper-seasonal food and cocktail menus, with zero food miles and incomparable flavour.
