For example, we use traditional European ingredients such as croissants to create sushi and pasta to create Japanese dishes. We use the fresh Japanese wagyu beef for our starters and sushi, and we also use the Japanese techniques of curing local fish of Europe - using kombu seaweed - to bring out the best of the ingredients. Omakase course is £150 pp (£195 with wine & sake pairing)All the guests (10-12 covers) will be seated on the same time on 1 long table. A true Adam Handling restaurant in style, the menu showcases the best of British produce with a huge emphasis on sustainable practices, featuring ingredients from its own vegetable gardens and orchard. Adam’s take on a traditional British pub, The Loch & the Tyne is open 5 days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday. The pub offers a relaxed and cosy space where guests can pop in for a quick drink or retreat for the day trying out the thoughtfully-curated list of local craft beers and wine. We very much celebrate English wines, both still and sparkling.We are dog and children friendly pub.
