Drunch Regent’s Park is a restaurant-style eatery and bar situated close to the heart of St John’s Wood, which serves brunch from 11am - 16:30pm and a la carte from 16:30pm - 22:30pm. Formerly The Star public house the building been transformed with sleek interiors, stylish fittings and a few quirky touches that our guests have come to expect when they enjoy good times at Drunch. The stucco walls, wooden seating, Sicilian mural, and authentically warm welcome all set the tone for pure enjoyment. Regionally inclined Punjabi cuisine is the main draw at this incongruously located Indian (one of eight branches worldwide), pitched beneath a vast block of flats. Having undergone a major refurbishment, the restaurant has emerged with a polished bar area decked out in dark walnut, while the dining room has been brightened up with cream walls, rich gold fabrics and statement glass chandeliers giving off a warm glow. Dishes on the revamped menu are absolutely faultless – witness crisp shreds of okra fried in the lightest of batters, perfect mouthfuls of tandoor-grilled chicken tikka, and juicy jumbo prawns expertly roasted in a clay oven. Regional specialities, such as nalli gosht (slow-cooked lamb shank and saffron curry, from the city of Lucknow) also delight, although prices are firmly attuned to the luxurious postcode.

Since 1967, diners at the Tiroler Hut have enjoyed hearty Austrian-fare accompanied by live music in this cosy, cult basement restaurant.Your host, the octogenarian Josef, opened the Hut and is still at the helm with his family alongside him, so you can expect a homely, Austrian enclave under bustling Westbourne Grove complete with cheese fondue, schnitzel, ice-cold beer, and, yes, the odd yodelling session. Or cowbell show. Or accordion rendition of 'Do-Re-Mi'. Probably all of them, truth be told.It's a very good place for a night out (and late night food) and even better when enjoyed with friends and family; in the words of the late, great A. A. Gill, "go now - take all your friends."

Nous avons passé une soirée de réveillon formidable. Le serveur et la serveuse ont été très conciliant au vu de notre piètre niveau d'anglais. Le repas de Noël était excellent, les assiettes étaient très bien garnies , nous avons dû nous forcer un peu pour finir tellement c'était copieux. Équipe souriante, accueillante et chaleureuse.
