Après des années passées à visiter nos parents, nos cœurs nous ont amenés à revenir ici chaque fois que nous avons considéré un emplacement différent. Notre fils Taylor (le chef de cuisine) et moi avons tous deux une éducation culinaire et tous les trois, nous sommes extrêmement passionnés par la bonne nourriture, les boissons de qualité et l'hospitalité. Nous aimons réellement prendre grand soin de nos clients. « The Gafford » tire son nom de mes grands-parents qui nous ont appris à profiter de la vie, à avoir du plaisir et à rire (surtout de nous-mêmes). Mon plat préféré à cuisiner avec lui était un énorme bifteck de faux-filet. Sur notre menu, c'est notre plat fétiche et il s'appelle le « Gafford ».
