Composed along the expanse of Swansea Bay, flanked by the Gower Peninsula and Brecon Beacons, within striking distance of the fertile valleys, coastal plains and farmland of West Wales, the Waterfront City of Swansea sits at the beating heart of nature’s larder. Bounties of the season from land, sea and pasture are at our fingertips. Our daily changing menus reflect a constant creative evolution, making use of local produce at the very place and moment of their seasonal prime. This begins in the kitchen and is realised at the table; Egalitarian, convivial and accessible to all. Full in heart and generous of spirit.

    Exceeded expectations! Saw mixed reviews so was a little apprehensive but the experience today was amazing. Had a lovely greeting from Hershey on arrival. She asked if we had been before and as we hadn’t, she explained the seating arrangements etc to us. Hershey gave great attentive service without being intrusive. Menu choices were great with some lovely specials. Taste, quality and presentation of food was outstanding. Could have done with a finger bowl to go with the braised rabbit. I’m looking forward to going back!! 😁

    Always good value at the Griffin. Table ready on arrival and food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. No matter where the table is there is always a screen close by. Good atmosphere.

    As I reported over the weeks, booked table no. 36. But no reserved out on the table, with the result we had to try to find a table. Is there any point in booking a table on line. But the service & food is excellent. I would appreciate a reply. Take care. Gwyneth Smith. I have booked table no.36 for Tuesday 29th
