This long-established restaurant in Ealing is known affectionately by its customers as “Mrs Chow’s” in homage to the lady in charge of the cooking, who believes in using fresh, natural ingredients. L’accueil était globalement chaleureux, mais une partie du personnel s’est montré très froid. Mention spéciale au serveur qui nous a servi le champagne : il ne nous a ni regardés, ni salués, et n’a échangé aucun mot, ce qui a terni l’expérience. Côté nourriture, c’était très satisfaisant dans l’ensemble, hormis la pâtisserie qui était trop gélatineuse à mon goût. Malgré ces points négatifs, nous avons tout de même passé un bon moment.
