The current dining room experience is an 8-course tasting menu honoring the Mid-Atlantic's bounty. We offer an additional 3-course experience at our bar and bar area tables. Le bar de 7,5 mètres de long propose un excellent choix de délices à déguster avant ou après le repas, avec notamment un bar à aliments crus composé d'huîtres et de crustacés.

Les soirs, savourez une expérience culinaire unique prix fixe avec du pain artisanal, une salade verte, du bifteck maturé à sec de qualité première et des frites coupées à la main dans un cadre décontracté, animé et convivial. Medium Rare vise à créer des plats de qualité exceptionnelle à un bon rapport qualité-prix en se concentrant sur un style uniquement. La carte des breuvages comporte quelque peu de sélection, mais chaque vin, boisson spiritueuse ou bière pression a été soigneusement sélectionné et se mariera parfaitement à votre repas.
