Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Raw tuna in crispy wonton is an outstanding dish - great combination of quality fresh ingredients, flavour & texture. And the fish curry (barramundi?) was again, the result of skilled perfection. The food is exactly WHY we are happy to pay for food, the way it is supposed to be cooked - by people who know what they are doing! Thankyou.

One of the last great pubs with good old fashioned ways ie. bouncers aren't losers, no pokies, good nice crowd of young and old together, helpful friendly staff, nice food and a large array of drink choices.

As always, our outing to Bridges was excellent. Our waitress, Ella, was her normal bubbly, happy self. The food was up to its normal high standard.

Had dinner here on a Tuesday night. Food exceeded my expectations and overall a really nice spot for a drink/meal, particularly when the weather is nice and you are able to sit at a table outside. Recommend
