Searching all across Sydney for the correct vegetables, herbs and sauces Amy was able to set herself apart through a stubborn dedication to reminding diners of their unforgettable food experiences on the streets of Bangkok.Three decades later we are proud to continue Amy’s vision by adding organic vegetables from Boon Luck Farm to serve up authentic Thai dishes we ourselves want to eat. Unique flavours the Thai diaspora crave from the motherland but struggle to find outside of their own home cooking.
Serving by our motto, Shinsen (Fresh), a large selection of ingredients that we use are certified organic as we focus on seasonal tastes to leave your palate with an indelible impression. We are proud to say that our Aussie beef come from 100% Organic Fortitude Valley Farm, and our free-range chicken does not have any harmful hormone. We are very meticulous about using only the best of ingredients, even with condiments, such as gluten-free soy sauce and organic miso.

We've since added restaurants in Circular Quay, Westfield Sydney, Neutral Bay, Chatswood and Galeries Victoria, and in 2015 we added organic, fresh produce from our farm in Byron Bay.
