The Loft at Traders Point est le seul restaurant de ferme bio de l'Indiana. Il sert le dîner, le souper ainsi que son brunch primé le dimanche.
Le menu comporte des fromages, des yaourts et des glaces primés, du boeuf 100% nourri à l'herbe, ainsi que du poulet et du porc élevés sur pâturage. The Loft at Traders Point est fier de servir d'autres aliments frais issus des producteurs et des artisans locaux. L'équipe en cuisine utilise des herbes et des légumes cueillis à la main dans le propre potager de l'établissement.
Vous pourrez par ailleurs profiter d'un concert pour le souper chaque vendredi !
The Roost peut accueillir des événements privés et personnalisés dans la salle de réception privée avec vue sur la ferme.
Le vendredi soir, de juin à août, le restaurant sert également un dîner en plein air sur la terrasse* avec de la nourriture, un concert et un marché de producteurs, sur la pelouse du jardin et la terrasse, à côté du jardin bio !
