Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations.     Verace is the place to go to for the most authentic Italian pizza that you can get without flying to italy. I would come here every week if I lived closer to them! I always order the diavola and it never lets me down, plus their home made chilli oil is to die for! Family run, Italian owners too so you know it’s legit. Family friendly, not stuffy and easy parking.

    Lovely mood and setting. Wish I'd picked outside however with the weather lately it felt risky. Sun set and water views still seen from every table inside. The food was delicious only disappointment was the ravioli which was sold out; I'll just have to go back to try it and eat earlier!

    We couldn't fault any aspect of our experience. The service was terrific. Our wait staff was very pleasant, interacted with us, explained how the night worked and each menu item. He was very attentive without being over the top. The food was plentiful and delicious and were even offered a container to take ours surplus home. A very enjoyable evening.
