Das WITTHÜS im Hirschpark - aus dem ursprünglichen Bauernhaus aus dem 18 Jh. ist über die vielen Jahre hinweg eine schmucke gastronomische Herberge geworden. 1964 auf Sylt gegründet, wurde 1968 die Tür des heutigen WITTHÜS hier im Hirschpark aufgeschlossen. Seitdem wird die gastronomische Entwicklung der ehemaligen Teestube zu einer kulinarischen Insel in Hamburg – in Nachbarschaft zu anderen renommierten Restaurants an der berühmten Elbchaussee - gefördert.
